James "Jim" DeGeorge

Jim DeGeorge has been singing in Church Choirs for the past 35+ years. Currently, he is an active member of the Church of the Sacred Heart Adult Choir in South Plainfield. Being a fan of RUC since its inception, Jim joined the Chorus for the 2021-2022 Season, and eagerly accepted the position as Director of Major Gifts & Grants when presented with the opportunity to serve.

After a 35+-year career working in the Investment Operations (GE Financial Services 1983-1995, Fidelity Investments 1995-2006) and Human Resources/Payroll (ADP 2006-2019) industries, Jim retired in 2019. He lives in Metuchen with his wife Dorothy, and their cats Tabitha and Mr. Jimbles.
